Where and how do I meet my tutor?All online classes can be accessed through the TUEX video conferencing portal at live.tuex.ca. Once you confirm and pay for your class, you will receive your class ID in the notification.

Can I use my phone to access my class?Currently, the TUEX video conferencing portal is only accessible through a computer browser. Google Chrome and FireFox are recommended.

Can I use a different online platform such as Facetime, Zoom or Microsoft Teams?Yes, as long as both parties agree.

How do I communicate with the tutor?Please use our in-app messenger or click on the “Ask me a question” to communicate with the tutor.

What do I do if the tutor does not show up or if I have problems?Contact us at info@tuex.ca. Please include your phone number in the email.
