AboutThis course provides students with help for any questions or problems they may have in their Science classes at school. K-12 only. Please message any relevant details in advance so we can make the best use of our session. The first class (online, 20m) is free so we get to know each other! Feel free to book my "First class free" course if you'd like a trial (message me prior to booking to confirm my availability).
Need to know
1. 
Where and how do I meet my tutor?All online classes can be accessed through the TUEX video conferencing portal at live.tuex.ca. Once you confirm and pay for your class, you will receive your class ID in the notification.
2. 
Can I use my phone to access my class?Currently, the TUEX video conferencing portal is only accessible through a computer browser. Google Chrome and FireFox are recommended.
3. 
Can I use a different online platform such as Facetime, Zoom or Microsoft Teams?Yes, as long as both parties agree.
4. 
How do I communicate with the tutor?Please use our in-app messenger or click on the “Ask me a question” to communicate with the tutor.
5. 
What do I do if the tutor does not show up or if I have problems?Contact us at info@tuex.ca. Please include your phone number in the email.
